Job Responsibilities:

1.Build and maintain HSE management system
(1) Build and maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system
(2) Collect and analyse related HSE laws and regulations
(3) Prepare and maintain HSE procedures and work instruction
(4) Organize internal and external audit

2.Lead HSE training
(1) Map out annual HSE training plan
(2) Lead HSE training document preparation
(3) Evaluate training effect

3.Improve HSE performance
(1) Map out annual HSE target and action plan
(2) Push action plan and follow effect
(3) Push energy saving and resource 3R
(4) Down HSE related cost

4.Compliance
(1) Ensure HSE permits are valid
(2) Ensure employee’s certification required by govt are valid
(3) Ensure daily operation comply with laws and enthrone group’s requirement

5.Pollution control
(1) Technical support of WWT and upgrade project
(2) Hazardous waste treatment
(3) New pollutant evaluation
(4) Lead environmental internal and external regular test

6.Communication
(1) Maintain Good connection with govt/consultant/FSCIP
(2) Maintain good communication with internal every department
(3) Organize regular HSE meeting
(4) Work together with global HSE team

7. HSE incident management and prevention
(1) CAMS database maintenance
(2) Incident investigation and plan corrective actions
(3) Construct emergency response management system
(4) Prepare emergency response plan and drill it regularly
(5) Conduct regular HSE check and follow corrective actions

8.Other work assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement:
(1)Strong experience in ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
(2)Good spoken and written English
(3)Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Safety Engineering is preferred
(4)More than 6 years experience of HSE management
(5)Good leadership and communication skill
(6)Skillful with MS software
