- Understands and leads the implementation of EHS policies, procedures and standards and national /local regulations.
- Establish and fulfill plant EHS system and policies, conduct training, auditing and licensing.
- Provide internal safety guidance and support to all employees.
- Identifies the company hazards and risks, advice impact and lead the improvement programs in order to minimize the incident.
- Lead the overall implementation of company safety manual, and supervise the compliance.
- Eliminating EHS findings which audited by group (close the CAPs and GAPs).
- Following the DMS and implementing 20 CCE to promote the Delphi EHS culture.
- Take preventive measures and quick reaction in case of incident & accident.
- Execute ISO14001 system
- Control EHS annual budget.
- Communicate with government and get the EHS permit.
- Support Shenyang and Yantai plant.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's or above degree in Safety or Environment, or technical area.
- Fluent English skill
- More than 8 years related work experience in foreign invested manufacturing company, with at least 2 years in safety & environment management role.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and government policies, Shanghai production safety management certification is a must.
