EHSManager
Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
Implementation and Realizationof the companies and corporate EHS strategy and transformation according Chinese Laws and Regulations.
Ensure compliance of AT&S Chongqing to legal and customer requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety , HazardousSubstance control and Social Responsibility
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
Coordination of all activities necessary to achieve given targets and tasks, i.e. defined as DPI and KPI in the area of responsibility
Regular review of the Dept. performances against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective actions -if necessary -are taken.
Ensure that the EMS/OHSMS is maintained according the EHS strategy and local laws and regulations and customer requirements
Coordination of all necessary activities to ensure a successful re certification of AT&S Chongqing acc. ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001, and meet EICC requirement
Coordination of all necessary activities to ensure compliance to customers environmental, Health & Safety and Hazardous Substance control requirement.
Follow-up on decisions made by the superior and ensure proper execution
Organizationof workflows, documentations and records related to EHS
Organization, execution and evaluation of EMS/OHSMS related inspections and audits.
Continuous analysis of defaults/deviations and initialization of preventive or corrective actions and improvements related to environmental aspects, hazardous substance and potential Health & Safety risks.
Preparation and execution of EHS training programs for employees
Preparations for EHS targets/ program
Maintain authority contacts for EHS issues and/ to related associations,
Realizationof job related training programs
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
Recruitingof employees for this area of responsibility
Authorityto give instructions and disciplinary subordination of employees of EHS department
Provide employees with necessary information and resources for their task fulfillment
Coordinate education and training of employees
Leadership, motivation and encouragement of staff
Set priorities and assure execution of commitments
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
Self-motivated, ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Ability to lead, supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Bachelor degree with major in “environmental protection”, “chemistry” ,”safety management” or related
Fluent written and oral English
Min. 8 years’ experience in similar companies or governmental dept
Knowledge
