知名外资化工企业 委托猎头公司，在天津新建工厂寻聘“EHS Expert” Position: HSE Expert
Location: Tianjin, China
JOB FUNCTIONS:
l Manage and coordinate the implementation of construction Health, safety and environmental management at COMPANY coatings(Tianjin) Co .Ltd with corporate HSE requirement and local regulations.
l HSE Orientation and continuous training for Contractors working on site
l Monitoring and measurement for HSE performance of contactors on site.
l HSE target is reaching Five “Zero”
l Provide Health ,Safety and Environmental trainings to contractors.
l Provide support to daily construction HSE review and site HSE management.
l Construction permit approve and manage on site.
l Lead construction risk assessment and provide solution plan with construction HSE team
l Lead incident investigation with construction team and provide report to COMPANY.
l Equipment management and check weekly.
l Drive weekly HSE report to COMPANY.
Requires:
l Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, safety, engineering, environment or equivalent;
l Fluency in English and Chinese,
l EPCM/PMC/PCM background experience.
l 5 years experience in construction safety.
l Good communication and interpersonal skills.
