Location：Zhengzhou, Henan;Beijing;Shandong
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) specialist in the station. This position is mainly responsible for ESH compliance , and other responsibilities might include assisting other teams to complete tusks is needed. He/she will work under ESH manager and station manager to prepare OHSAS audit and internal ESH audit.
KEY BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide ESH support . Manage EHS monthly checking and track corrective actions
• Coordinate preparations and present safety training, safety pause in station weekly and monthly meetings.
• Work with ESH manager to develop written policies, manual and facilitate implementation in the station. Prepare documentations and conduct relative trainings for OHSAS audit and ESH internal audit.
• Work with site management to facilitate the implementation of guest tracking program.
• Manage company vehicle and its maintenance, including related record tracking, registration, and insurance.
• Act in an ethical manner in all business transactions,and maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Competency
• BS/M. Sc. in ESH, or related field of study. Agriculture related background or relevant experience will be a big plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work without daily supervision and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Related working experience of 2-3 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organization/coordination skills and documentation skills are plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly motivated and results orientation.
• Agility and interest in learning.
