江门卡夫食品招聘EHS主管，月薪10k左右，有意者可以联系猎头Carol（carolliao@allegisbn.com，020-83394438） JOB DESCRIPTIONS: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES l Implement, manage and coordinate all occupational health safety, security and environmental programs and processes at Operations Site/Plant to ensure safe working places, sound environmental practices and prevent asset losses, guarantee compliance with local regulations and relevant Mondelez policies. l Customize, implement and maintain the Mondelez Jiangmen Plant occupational health, safety and environment Management System and Security Management System in order to meet local legal requirements and Mondelez International requirements. l Identifying site EHS training needs, developing and conducting it. l PPE management and fire fighting management. l Work permits issue, safety daily inspection, JSA promotion and contractor safety management. l Incident prevention and incident root cause analysis, reporting, action following up. l Communicate and maintain relationships with local government regulators. Managing licenses, permits, so as to ensure they are up to date. l Other EHS related tasks and tasks from managers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education, qualifications and training l University degree in Occupational Health Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields. l Good knowledge of International Safety and Environmental Standards (e.g. OHSAS18001, ISO 14001) and local safety/environmental regulations, national regulatory requirements. l Fluent English l Good communication/presentation skills and team player. l Good computer skills. Experience or skills required l 3+ years or above working experience in medium/large size manufacturing. l Enough experience on safety management and fire fighting Specialized knowledge or skills required l Individual organization and leading competency l Practice in foods business is prefer OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION l Business travel is needed |
