课程简介Course Description

符合性审核及检查是EHS管理改进内部操作，评估供应商的关键环节。该课程不仅对审核的功能提供概念性的解释，同时还涉及审核清单制定，审核准备及实施，重大发现的评估及改善，审核报告实际操作技巧。课程涉及了从作为被审核的供应商角度如何来看待审核，也涵盖了沟通审核结果及跟进整改计划的技巧。

EHS inspections and audits for compliance are an integral component of EHS management for improving internal operations and oversight of suppliers. The course provides both a conceptual understanding of the function of audits and practical skills for how to develop audit checklists, organize and conduct audits, select critical findings and prepare written reports with findings and recommendations. The course reviews the process before, during and after an audit from the perspective of a supplier undergoing an audit. The course will also cover how to communicate findings and follow-up tracking to “close the loop” on audit findings.
